Partagas Serie S Preferido

Today is Friday, time for the weekend. When I was younger, Friday was a big deal. It meant time off from school, staying up late and getting up early on Saturday for cartoons. Another big thing for me on Friday nights were pizza night at my house. As a child, we had dinner together every night as a family, but for some reason, Friday night pizza night was a big deal. Sitting around a table and everyone enjoying the pizza my mother always made, she could make 6 pizzas faster than the local pizza place. We didn’t have to rush to clean up and get ready for bed right away, life always slowed down a bit on all those memorable nights. Also, I always remember my dad and my grandfather enjoying a nice cigar after a great family meal. Just relaxing and enjoying the simple things in life.

Today’s cigar review is the Partagas Serie S Preferido (6 x 52). It’s a medium-bodied, toothy looking cigar, with a nice draw. This cigar produced nice flavors, including wood, nuts and an earthiness to it. Overall, a pleasant smoke, something I could enjoy from time to time. Had you had one, let me know what you think.
