The weather here is starting to warm up and the days are lighter longer. This is a good thing, because that means more cigar smoking. Golf season is coming, backyard season is coming, pool season, bbq season, beach season. All this means being outside and being outside means smoking a cigar. I can already tell this is going to be a great summer, I better go stock up on some cigars.
Today’s review is the Cuesta-Rey Centennial Pyramid # 9 (6 1/4 x 52). It’s a great shape cigar with a nice golden, oily wrapper. This is a mild cigar, nutty and creamy, with a hint of vanilla. It’s a nice balanced cigar, with a finish with hints of wood and coffee. Overall, a mild mild cigar with good flavor and very well constructed. If you are looking for something mild and good flavor, try a Cuesta-Rey today.
