Today’s cigar review is the Davidoff Short Perfecto (5 x 50). It’s an oddly shaped figurado, big in the middle and tapering to almost a point at each end. It’s a beautiful wrapper, almost perfectly made and I was looking forward to smoking it. All I can say is wow, what a great flavored cigar. It’s creamy and wheaty, with notes of coffee. It’s a bit stronger than it looks, medium-bodied, and burns excellent. The ash stayed on almost the entire smoke, I had to knock it off because I was concerned that it would fall off into my lap, but I think it would have stayed on the entire smoke. I didn’t want to put this one down, and once you smoke one, you’ll feel the same way. Go out and try one today, I can almost guarantee you will enjoy this smoke.
